Dog Walking and Cat Sitting Policies
Keys
Keys will need to be given on the first initial visit if we find that I am a match for your pet. I can keep the key with me on file or if you are not comfortable with this the key can be picked up at a scheduled time, but a $10 fee will apply for pickup and return of key. I will not allow for the key to be left hidden outside the home at anytime due to liability issues. There must always be a personal exchange at all times.
Payment
Fees must be paid before services are rendered. An immediate reimbursement will be given if services are not provided due to my inability to complete the job.
Cancellations
48 hour notice must be given for non-holiday service cancellations, or a $50 fee will be charged. Holiday services will require a non-refundable deposit of half of the full service payment upon booking and the balance due at the start of the service. Cancellations less than 48 hours before a holiday will incur the full amount of service charge, at my discretion. I appreciate your understanding in this matter due to the high demand during the holiday season.
Termination of Service
Tucker's Pet Service may have the right to terminate service for the following reasons at any time: financial issues, safety concerns, or any situation that I deem uncomfortable.
